Computer infected with "Renos" trojanhorse/ malware. Homepage in IE changed, firewall being shutoff.

This malware has changed my homepage in IE to google. My computer is running slowy. Avast keeps popping up a message that say s suspicious file found C:\WINDOW\SYSTEM32\BRAVIAX.EXE and says its type is Rootkit:hidden process.

It recommends my action be to ignore. I press ignore and I get a message that tells me avast has detected a virus in my operating memory and to scan all my data in the boot phase before the virus is activated. I did this twice already. The first time it scanned and asked me what I wanted to do and I hit "Delete all" but interrupted the process. I scanned a second time the same way and it nothing happened. This driving me crazy. Please help!

It also keeps shutting off my windows firewall!!!
