High Cpu usage. hijack this included.... PLEASE HELP

ive been having problems with my cpu usage for the past couple of days to a week. i dont know the cause of it but im hoping someone can help me. ive included my hijack this log. Sometimes it happens for no reason when im not even running anything, and sometimes it happens when i open Internet Explorer and i try to open several pages, or if i try to watch a video or even play online games. i really hope someone can help i dont know what to do. i've ran virus scan, spyware (using adaware) i even reformated my computer and still the same problem. thank you in advance for the help
