HijackThis Help Request

I believe my computer may have been infected with Malware.  For the past two weeks I have been redirected (to seemingly harmless sites) when I click on weblinks in Google when using  Internet Explorer.  I ran McAfee - which detected nothing  - so I bought Webroot Spy sweeper which also has not solved my problem.

I downloaded HijackThis (and am forwarding the log file below) but I don't have any idea which files are good and which are potentially harmful.  I would appreciate any support!
