Your log isn't showing us a reason for the described issue beyond just a spurious bho which has caused many users some heartburn. Try uninstalling the "Ask" toolbar and see if you notice some improvement. I also doubt you need to run spysweeper while you also have windows defender and McAfee running real time protection. Webroot is a good piece of software but heavy on resources as well as McAfee. Windows defender should do just fine alongside McAfee so if removing the ask toolbar didn't show much improvement, try then to either disable or remove webroot. I hesitate to tell you to remove McAfee because you DO need antivirus protection but if you can live without it, there are several other very good FREE antivirus products on the public domain.
