I Need help with Netsky Q
This computer has become infected with Netsky Q. I ran AVG antivirus and healed all infected files. Then I ran the fix tool and it says it was fixed. The virus is still on the computer, but no virus scan can find it anymore. I've checked all over the internet on how to fix it and nothing seems to work. The email is all messed up and my internet home page cannot be changed back to a normal page...it is currently some ad page. When I reset it, it just changes back.
Can you help me?

Sorry for the lack of info. I run XP Home. The virus that was found a day or two ago was something along the lines of Worm_Netsky Q. Here is my log from today.

Does the file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\n1be3gco9jv48zdll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll
(with all the .dll's extensions) actually exist? If you can find it, please try renaming it to bad.dll then rescan and post a new HJT log.

I suggest you look at this link: http://www.a-sap.org/
To help you choose from that list,
TomCoyotes contains the anti-malware school - Classroom.
SpyWareInfo contains the anti-malware school - BootCamp.
Net-Intergration is the support site of Spybot S&D.
Lavasoft Support is the support site of Ad-aware.
Wilders Security has since stopped hijackthis log support due to the lack of experienced helpers.
Others that I would recommend (with possibly shorter response times)
but generally all those on that list will have experts to help you.
