Infection by Zlob.Trojan, Please Help!

My System crashes frequently and tells me when I re-boot that it is infected by zlob.trojan. McAfee and other anti-virus programs don't seem to be able to find it and my system is running slower and slower each day. Here is my Hijack This log, please help me find the problem!
