FYI:   the four O2-lines highlighted in BLUE (filename gvtngddi.dll ) are your MorWilSearch problem;  and the red O4-line is part of your WinFixer problem... but there's more to go:

Concerning WinFixer:   Looks like VirtumundoBeGone successfully deactivated the bad WinFixer/Vundo-trojan file; and you also successfully deactivated the WinFixer "installer"... have you noticed any difference, in terms of WinFixer popups, warning messages about trojan vundo/virtumundo, and/or overall system speed/performance?

it appears you're running Sun Java j2re1.4.2_03 .   there is much speculation that a "hole" in this particular version is being exploited by WinFixer.   so we should upgrade to the latest version, 1.5.0_06 from http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
my personal preference is to download the MANUAL (OFFline) installation version (16 MB).  but if you prefer the online installation, that choice is yours.
 
AFTER you successfully install the new java, go to your control panel, ADD/REMOVE programs, and UNinstall all older versions of Java (if any) that still show up there.... especially the 1.4.2_03.
 
when you're done, REPLY here, and post an updated/revised HJT log.

My computer too has the same problem so I've been researching what to do. Perhaps you can give me some insight on what I should do. Any help would be great otherwise my father wants to clear the computer and reinstall the entire computer. UGH.

due to the highly complex and individualized nature of HJT analysis, we can only work with one person's log per thread.

in order to expedite matters, i have taken the liberty of copying/pasting your log, including my reply/advice, into a separate thread of its own.   please continue to do all your work in that thread only, REPLYing there as necessary, until your problem is resolved.
