Mozilla Thunderbird Updates

Thunderbird 68.11.0 was released on 7-30-2020 to fix various security issues and a few cosmetics.

If you already use Thunderbird 78, which is a major revamp, it was updated to v78.1 on 7-28-2020 to fix various security issues. 

NOTE: Thunderbird v78.x is currently only available as a direct download from the Thunderbird site. It's not currently possible to update existing Thunderbird 68 (or earlier) installations to Thunderbird 78.

People using the Enigmail add-on should NOT update to Thunderbird 78 at this time, even via direct download. Once the issues are fixed, direct updates to v78.x should be available, hopefully with Enigmail support.
