Norton Internet Security and AntiSpam Issue

I recently installed Internet Security 2004 onto my Dell Optiplex.  This program includes AntiVirus and AntiSpam. 

 

I had previous individual installations of Norton AntiVirus and AntiSpam on my system which were coming up for renewal.  As expected, NIS updated my existing NAV subscriiption and settings.  Very clean.

 

Unfortunately, my AntiSpam has just "expired" and the system does not recognize my new subscription acquired with Internet Security.

 

There is nothing on the Symantec website on this.  Anyone experienced/solved this problem?
