Proxy Setiing Changes at Reboot

I have posted in another forum and it was suggested I post the log from HijackThis. Below is what I have from the log. The entry I found that looked odd was R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=localhost:1034 . I removed it and reboot and it came back. I have highlight the one that replaced it.

Can anyone help me with this. I have re-installed IE, I have run anti-virus, spybot, etc. Each time the proxy setting comes back. Sometimes with a different port number if I had removed it during my last session. With this proxy setting, my access to the internet is very limited.

This looks to be a PC in use for your work - and has some programs unknown to me because of that. I will list those that are unknown to me at the end - you may have knowledge of them, to know if they are legit.
==========
Check these in hijackthis, AND WITH ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, fix checked.

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {58A83E4F-477A-4A3F-BF9B-B65BC2BD5598} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/0318eaecac3cfbc8e900/netzip/RdxIE601.cab

This line was your main problem - but is probably connected to the add/subtract programs - so will come back
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=localhost:1038

The following activeX controls will reinstall when(and if) you revisit that website, UNLESS you know they are from a safe source, check to remove.

O16 - DPF: {4D7F48C0-CB49-4EA6-97D4-04F4EACC2F3B} (InstallShield Setup Player 2K2) - http://www.napster.com/client/setup.exe
O16 - DPF: {5CAD44F7-50E5-4761-84A9-7C84F8EC2158} (Napster inforeader control v2.0) - http://sms.napster.com/client/plugin/npdownload.cab
O16 - DPF: {9F6D8A59-DD92-499D-944A-38FDB2CE46FF} (Napster download control v2.0) - http://sms.napster.com/client/plugin/npdownload.cab

Then Reboot and post a fresh log for me to check.

ChrisRLG,

I found the problem by going through my startup programs. For some reason it worked for 2 weeks, then I assume after a product update it went crazy. The product that was causing me issues was intermute adsubtract. I have uninstalled and will be reviewing the product website for more answers.

Thanks for your help.
