Redirecting searches, Browser Crashing

On our work computer we have developed a virus that will only let us run Google Chrome, and only let us access it through the My Documents explorer window. Anytime I click on a shortcut or start menu link to Internet explorer or Firefox, they immediately crash.  Also once we get Google chrome running it is redirecting our searches and crashes at will... The computer runs full time as our point of sale system and is always connected to the internet.

Here is the Hijack this log from this morning.

If this is a company machine, then I am afraid that we are unable to assist and you need to contact your IT department and have them clean the machine.

Thanks.
