Slow puter, websites pop up at random, etc...

Here is my log from HijackThis. The problem started when I downloaded some software to my computer. Then, I would be surfing the web and an internet site would pull up in a new window at random times. It has also caused my computer to slow down a lot. Any help would be much appreciated!
