Solved my Norton problem

First, Thank you to those who answered my posting. I was able to fix my problem with a little more research. I thought I would try one more thing ,before I got in over my head. I ran Symantec's new patch, Beaglefix, and it did the trick! It is great to know that you are here a can aid beginners like me!
