Trend Micro cannot connect to internet for updates/ Being sent to random websites

Hi there,

 Below is my Hijack this log. Recently my computer stopped being able to update the trend antivirus software stating it "cannot connect to the interent" however I was still able to access the intenet.  Around the same time, when would search something from Google, I would be sent to a random website or Trend would block the site, which in the past has not been a problem.

Any help would be appreciated
