I recently got a popup saying that my computer had been infected with Trojanspm lx and that it needed to be fixed.   I also had an icon appear in the bottom right of my computer stating that I was infected and needed to download an antivirus software.  I didn't click on the box and quickly tried to do a McAfee virus scan to no avail.  It wasn't functioning properly.  I hopped over to my other computer to reasearch this menace and found that some people found malwarebytes worked.  I downloaded it onto my laptop and ran the program.  It found around 13 infected files and I told it to delete them.  The computer was promted to restart for it to take affect.  As soon as the restart happened, my computer got the blue screen of death. I started my computer in Safe Mode and ran the scan again.  The scan found nothing.  I tried once again to restart my computer and found that I could put in my login info.  As soon as my computer got to the desktop, many error messages popped up saying that iexplorer quit working, mcaffee couldnt start properly and all I could see was a black screen.  I cannot access the internet for the HijackThis software because I can only access safe mode.  Any assistance you could give me to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated!
