fix for MS antispyware beta 1.0.614 update bug

Version 1.0.614 of MS antispyware beta has, as many have experienced, a bug which prevents proper updating of the definitions. A workaround was posted, requiring downloading of the definitions. Now a fix has been posted on the MS antispyware forum by Robin Walker, with request to distribute widely, so I thought I'd post it here.

What problem?  I don't see any problems on my PC.  Updates appear to be working

Many people reported that the update looped endlessly, i.e, update, check for updates, the same update was flagged, downloaded, said it was installed, check for updates, again the same update was flagged, etc. This was due to failure to update gcDeterminationData.gcd, gcThreatAuditScanData.gcd and gcThreatAuditThreatData.gcd. The work around was to download those files directly at each new update. The permanent fix avoids that need.
