Hi,
I understand how annoying it must have been for you. I would suggest you to try booting up the system in safe mode. To boot the computer in Safe Mode, please switch on the computer and start tapping the F8 key which would take you to Advanced Boot Option screen. Using the up and down arrow key, select Safe Mode to boot the computer into Safe Mode.
Once you are in Safe Mode, you can save your data like important files, photos, videos and music into an external hard drive or USB flash drive. However, I would suggest you not to save the data as it might carry the virus over with the files.
After the data is saved, you can perform a clean reinstallation of the Operating System with the help of the media CD’s received with the system.
Please reply for further assistance.
Thanks and Regards

Hi haliromesh,
Are you able to boot into safemode? If you do not want to try reinstalling the operating system, it might be worthwhile to see what type of malware you are dealing with and IF the infection can be cleaned, or if you can at least recover your data.
My suggestion is to post the required logs on the Malware Removal Forum at SpywareInfo Forum and have the staff trained in malware removal walk you through the diagnostic logs and a cleanup. If you cannot boot the computer, let them know that. They do not use remote access but will advise you step-by-step on what you can do. Please do not attempt to run any additional scans, install software, or use any other tools until an analyst can advise you on the next step. Please use the same username there as you have here. Help is free, but you will need to register there and follow the posting instructions.
The instructions will inform you of where to download the scanners that are needed to produce the logs, and how to run a scan to post the output information.
In addition, there are other options listed at the top of the this forum. Some are free; some require a fee. Please use only one resource. It can be counter-productive to have too many people trying to help. Good luck! :emotion-1:

Thank you for your suggestion, glad581. However, the page suggested above appears to offer a paid product with a trial version. When we send members off site we prefer to have them download totally free tools.

when you search on the Google, you will find lots of company offering free trial version of windows data recovery software, you can try one of these tool to recover your data from affected hard drive. After being stisfied with recoverable data then you need to purchase it.
it is worth to purchase the software on small price than to spend lots of time in recovering process manually.
Thanks

hard drive has crashed due to mechanical failure or a software related problem. If the flashing light in the front of the computer case is not blinking, it indicates that mechanical problem. in such case , you need to seek a technical expert for recovery. If the light is flashing but the computer is not booting up, then the problem may be software related. These types of case you read blog ....... windowsdatarecoverytool.blogspot.com

davegeeit and ramendlonk:
It appears that the two of you are working together to promote paid software. We like to direct members to free software by reputable vendors such as http://www.piriform.com/recuva Recuva recovers files deleted from your Windows computer, Recycle Bin, digital camera card, or MP3 player. And it's free!
