First off,

Uninstall newdotnet from the add remove programs in control panel.

Also I would suggest you uninstall kazaa as by the time you are cleared of malware it will refuse to work. I will suggest other p2p file share programs for you when clean, please remind me, it I forget.

Also go to this site and run kazaabegone, as that will remove some other junk before I have to sort out the rest
