No one here is able to help you with that. Your going to have to contact tech support to verify ownership of the unit and I believe they can give you a master password to unlock the unit from there or reset the BIOS.
We cannot, no. You must place a voice phone call to Dell support. Be prepared to verify your ownership of the system and (if the system is out of warranty) with a credit card, as the call is not free unless the system is in warranty.
