Inspiron 7591 Processor Fan being fail to respond
My Inspiron 7591 was making VERY LOUD(could hear it even during gaming with audio out on my 2.1)rattling noise, I didn't pay much attention at first, but it was getting louder then I realized it was coming from the left fan. After I quit the game and did a reboot, the loudness went away but the rattling was still there and was quite noticeable,
I had that unusual fan noise from the beginning but I thought maybe that's how this laptop's fans are. Now after 4 hours, the left fan has completely stopped working, hwinfo is showing 0 RPM for that fan, other is working fine. ePSA Diagnostics says the Processor fan is not responding properly /failed...and reporting fine for the Video/Graphics fan.... What should I do now? Should I get it replaced even it starts working in future? Anyone had any similar issues?
I don't know that what should steps i take , either have to replaced it or what . I really having worry about that weird sound. paycom skywestonline

Since the system is under warranty, contact Dell with the numeric error code and the validation code you see from the diagnostics. They'll arrange a warranty replacement according to the terms of the warranty you purchased with the system (if the basic 12- month warranty, they ship you a box, you send the system in to a repair depot, and receive it back 7-10 business days later). If you purchased onsite service, they'll dispatch a technician and the part.

Hello,
Customers have reported lots of problems with various dell computer with fan problems. Dont know why dell want to follow up with a reply instead of their usual canned replies.
