I can not update Windows 10 and Support Assistant will not lad. Additionally, I can not install any other software.

See attached screen shots. Windows 10 update repeatedly fails to load and removes faulty install each time I try to install Windows 10 Update.

Dell Update will not install and run. Support Assistant will not install and run.
