Vostro 3560 Fingerprint Reader Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
So I got my Vostro 3560 and I installed the Validity driver and yet under Control Panel the "Biometric Devices" thing is not listed, is there another thing that I need to download to get this bad boy working?

When you say Control Panel, I assume you are actually referring to Device Manager?

Where do you download the software? I see only drivers. Dell do not gives the links to any software that comes with the laptop. I can found links at Asus and HP for software for my other laptops. Dell gives nothing after the warranty expires all they want to do is sell you another service plan

@Redbaron1234
No clue what you are talking about.
The fingerprint reader needs a driver to work.

Software to manage your fingerprints or someone elses. My HP and my Asus laptop has it and I can download it from their websites. Use to download it from Dell, but they change their structure.
