Vostro 3560 Touchpad not working

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with my Touchpad.

Unfortunately, about one week ago suddenly when I use the shortcut keyboard( Fn+F3) to enable then it not work, no light on Touchpad and can't use the mouse click both right and left on the bottom. I also can't find the Dell Touchpad section on the system( from Start menu, Device manager) as usual.

I had reinstalled the latest driver for the Elan Touchpad given by Dell at

It responded that this driver has been updated but still not working.

Any solution for this.

OS: Windows 10 1909

Many thanks!

Please use System Restore tool on the computer to see if you're able to go back to the time the touch pad work for you.

How to Use System Restore (Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, XP)

It is a common software conflict issue on Dell Vostro 3560.

A Dell-company person would solve the issue for you.

So far there is no solution to the issue you face.

You would have to wait until they come up with a solution.

Please reinstall the Chipset drivers, restart computer, and then reinstall touchpad driver, hopefully this will help fix the problem.
