two finger scroll on touchpad not working

hi everyone ,

in my laptop the two finger /multi finger in not working ie

i cannot scroll the page just tap

in control panel no touchpad driver settings tab is showing

i am attaching the screen shot  plz help...

 

nothing is in this setting nor in the additional settingsUnti.png

Hi dell community, I am Mridul from India... I have a problem in my dell vostro 3583 laptop that the touchpad does not works in multi touch and the two finger scrolll is not working .I can only work with single finger. There is no toucpad settings tab in the muse control panel and in the setting there is no information as shown in the following attached image.Kindly please tell me its solution.
