Dell Help & Support failed to connect to the service

Hi,

From past 3 to 4 days, i am unable to connect to "Dell Help & Support" via the application available in my Inspiron 15 5567 laptop. It keeps saying ""After a few attempt, Dell Help & Support failed to connect to the service. Do you want to quit?"

Can anyone help to resolve this issue?

Hi Jesse,

Thanks. My laptop had Windows10 when I purchased it. The application started working after I uninstalled & reinstalled it.

Sir,I have windows 8.1 licence on my dell inspiron 5558 laptop from purchase and i am unable to connect dell help and support installed in my laptop since 2 to 3 months,previously it was working but unfortunately it is not working in present.

I also uninstalled it and installed new application from support.dell.com but even then it is not opening.

Looking forward to your valuable reply to resolve my issue.
