Device Manager Firmware
The firmware under device manager doesn't match the lastest bios firmware update for my Alienware R8. Should I delete that device and reboot to update that to the latest?

The firmware under device manager doesn't match the lastest bios firmware update for my Alienware R8. Should I delete that device and reboot to update that to the latest?

No, don't do anythng if you manually updated your bios.
The firmware shown in device manager will only update to your later installed version when it becomes available/downloaded from windows update.
