Downgrade my new Windows 10 Inspiron 5559 to Windows 7
Hi,
I have a nice new Inspiron 5559 which was supplied with Windows 10 but it's just too slow. Dell Support have checked and told me thatthere is nothing wrong with it but the PC is slower than my old Acer laptop running Vista !
I tried adding some Crucial RAM but no real change.
My next thought is to go for downgrading the OS to Windows 7 Pro. My Dell i7 that I use for work is Win 7 Pro and it's much quicker.
Has anyone else here had this sort of problem ?

Windows 10 IMHO is buggy and shouldn't have been released as it is. However, if you like it but want to improve it a bit, you can wait for the Anniversary update coming this August (1st week I think) and see if that fixes some things. Or you can go here and download all the Windows 7 drivers for your computer and install Windows 7 if you have the OS disc for it.
