You would need a Windows 10 video card driver for your installed video card. Unfortunately, Dell does not have any Windows 10 drivers for the Inspiron 580 computer.
Try turning off Magnifier in Ease of Access It sometimes turns itself on in win 10 and that sounds like your problem. You should not set magnifier to 100%. Do not choose any settings in Magnifier. I 580 can run windows 10 with the builtin generic drivers. See if this helps-- http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/use-magnifier
