Free up space in DELL\Update\Downloads
Hi, My Inspiron 3148 C drive is almost full and I was trying to do a cleanup. I saw this folder C:\ProgramData\DELL\Update\Downloads taking up considerable space. Can I delete files & folders under Downloads. It looks like that these files are already installed and are not needed now.

Executable exe files can be deleted from Downloads folder after installation.

Thank you for your message.
You can uninstall any Dell applications installed if you do not use them anymore. If there is any file for Dell support assist, we do not recommend uninstalling them.
You can delete the rest of the files & there shouldn’t be an issue.
