How can I dim my display when switching between the power sources.

Hi, I want to change my display settings so it dims the display every time I switch to battery mode. I used to had this option in my previous HP laptop, each time my power goes out, my laptop's display dims. I want to have this feature on my Dell laptop now. Thanks.
