My Dell Inspiron N5050 is on but does not go to sleep or proceeds to the login screen
Hi
My Dell Inspiron N5050 laptop is on but only shows a blank screen. Before, There was a heat warning by my hard drive. Once I fixed that, my laptop started to not go to sleep or login screen.
First it would start up normally, show the Windows 10 Symbol, then go blank. my cursor doesn't show up at all. I don't know if its a program that is preventing this or something so please help!!!

The problem is that there are no Windows 10 drivers for this system A hardware device might be keeping your computer awake. Since there are no Windows 10 drivers available for this computer you may want to put Windows 7 back on so the system performs correctly.
