Window 10 Crashed and can not perform Recovery HELP!
Inspiron 2350 with window 8. not wanting to "upgrade" to window 10 and did. Now have a major issue. Can not access any program, window icon, search tab and much more.
Have tried to access recovery to rest everything to factory settings and can not even perform recovery or access it.
Called into dell CS and they dialed in and performed virus check, NONE. They also could not get window to work.
Any suggestions?
