dell freeze problem
my labtop (dell latitude) ,evey time i want run it , it open from the second time ,first time it freeze (keyboard& touch pad) so i had to turn off and reopen again ,evey time like that ,what should i do , is this is hardware problem ??

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the system.....
I'd suggest you run Dell Preboot Diagnostic tool to check the hardware on your system. Please follow steps below:
1. Power off computer
2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously. you should be in the diagnostic screen. After quick tests has completed, I suggest you click on hard drive and then run 'Thorough Test Mode'.Please report back any error code.
