XPS 8920, Windows 11, can Dell help?

I purchased my XPS 8920 from Costco three years ago and it is still going great. However, Windows 11 is not compatible because of the CPU, which is a 7th Generation version. Can Dell create a MB+CPU package that Users can purchase to upgrade their CPU, avoiding the cost of a complete PC?
