Dell_Backup_andRecovery_1.6.1.1
MY DELL profile says that "No backup software installed". I click on the link and download and install 1.6.1.1. Once it starts, it stops and I get an error... "Factorysetup error 5". Please advice or provide a solution, thank you. My laptop is an Inspiron 15R 5521 and only a few days of use, purchased December 28, 2013.

I have the same problem. I purchased un upgrade code for the premium version, which did not work. I uninstalled the back-up and recovery program and when I tried to reinstall it I got the "factorysetup error 5" code and no one seems to have an answer to this problem. If anyone knows a solution, please advise.
