Dell Optiplex 3020 with preinstalled Win 7 and Win 8.1 - How to start Win 8.1?

I have bought the Dell Optiplex 3020 with Dualboot Win 7 and Win 8.1. When I start the PC it only opens Windows 7. How do I open Win 8.1?
