Black screen when logged on with cursor

I opened my laptop morning and played minecraft for an hour and shutdown after some time i opened my laptop and logged on the screen just turned to black and movable cursor but no display on screen after sometime it came normal but not responding properly like not opening apps , cortana not working, abnormal behaviour, lagging,and crashing. Then i became afraid and restarted in safe mode it worked then i restarted again normally it has same problem of Black screen. Wht should i do ? It is happening every time when i logging on. Pls.... Give a perfect solution to fix my laptop (Inspiron 5502) model. PLS SHOW ME THE PERFECT SOLUTION... I BEG YOU the problem repeats every time
