Camera operates partially but dialogue box asks for these *.ax files...where are they?

It's all about the operation of this Aiptex camera which functions partially and I scoot around some operation to make it work   but the dialogue box asks to copy the following files     and maybe if these file names means something or you can tell me where they come from etc. etc.  then maybe we are on the way to resolving the camera operations questions. 

"File Ksclockf.ax  on Windows 98 second edtion CD-ROM cannot be found."......
