Chipset Installation Problem after reload/reformat - Dell 4600 - Windows XP Media Center - INF file does not contain info

After reloading my Dell 4600 I attempted to reload the Intel Chipset.

The Chipset Install seemed to work, but I've had several issues which I think are related to the chipset not being installed properly.  For instance when I try to load the Intel Graphics for my system I get an error indicating that the INF file does not contain information for this system's hardware. Also I ran the Intel Chipset Identification Utility and it returns with "failed to identify your chipset".

Interestingly most things work on my system (USB, All Software applications, Sound Card).  But I am having trouble with Media center which I think depends on a proper graphics installation, and the graphics installation depends on the proper chipset installation.  I think if I solve the chipset install problem I will have licked the other problems.
