The problem i am having is that now my windows 8 score has gone down. It was previously 5.9 (due to hard drive speed) but now is 3.8 (due to Desktop Graphics) even though this was previously 7.9.

Hi moeyd,

I would like to know if you have installed both Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 driver and AMD Radeon HD 8500M/8700M driver on the system.

In addition, Reply us with a snapshot of the ‘Display Adapters’ expanded in device manager.

Hi moeyd,

I would suggest you to uninstall both video card drivers and install the drivers from Dell support site and check.

I initially used the drivers off Dell support but then AMD released an update which seemed to resolve the issues.

Since Microsoft released 8.1 - the scores have been removed anyway so this topic can be marked as resolved.

Thanks again all

Hi! That would be my next words. Win 8.1 doesn't have this feature anymore. However, I kinda like it. I worked well for my self-confidence :D
