DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL at bootup after creating an new image

I just purchased a Lattitude D620. I am trying to creat an image with Symantec Ghost. I have never had problems creating images with the Lattitude's until now. For some reason after I create the image then turn on the laptop, the laptop image is corrupted and it keeps rebooting. I have tried recreating the image three times and can't figure it out. Anyone have any ideas? This is getting critical. I can't figure out why this is happening.

I had this in the internet forum which I believe is the wrong place so  I copied it to the XP forum.

Believe it or not, I am new to chats or forums and am not sure what I am doing.

Here is more info: I pressed F5 which gives you and option to make XP stop rebooting so you can see the blue screen of death.

The error message I am receiving is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP 0X000000D1

With alot of surfing the net, I find that I could have a bad driver, etc. I tried some suggestions like taking out the memory, disabling or changing bios settings and nothing has helped. I am now restoring DELL's original image and am going to try to make a Ghost image of that to see if I still have the same problem.

So has anyone created an image from scratch, used the DELL driver disc to reload all the drivers and then try to image it? No one has had these types of problems?
