Dell Image Expert Premium Ed.-how to automatically download images

I want to be able to automatically download images from my Olympus digital camera to Dell Image Expert. I can download manually, but in the past, when I attached my camera to the USB cable, Image Expert would open automatically and my images would appear. Since I reformatted my OS to XP Professional, and reinstalled the software, I haven't been able to do this. Please help!

When I attach my Minolta camera to my computer, a window opens and ask what action I want to take with Dell Image Expert as one option. I attach the camera with the USB cable and then turn the camera on to the transfer mode and the window pops up.
