Dell OS Recovery Tool unable to connect with Back-End
I have a Dell laptop which I want to restore with the recovery tool, but since 5/23/2022 I get that error....what is going on?
Dell servres down, or...
Dell terminating out of warranty machines, like They were garbage?
Being the 2nd one, I will never buy Dell NOTHING again for my company! (and spread the word!!)

I just bought a new Dell XPS and want to Reset my old Dell Desktop to "Gift" to a local youth center in town. When using the OS Recovery Tool configured for the old desktop, I keep getting "unable to connect to back end" error. Ran the DELL OS Recovery Tool Diagnostics before trying and it reported the machine was okay. It is a Hardwired internet, so what is wrong?
