Dimention 8250 new install problem

I gave up on my boot problem and installed a new hard drive and new copy of windows from the dell recovery and drivers discs. My computer is an dimmension 8250 and everything went well except one area. On my device manager I have a question mark on other devices and just below it PC input devices. I can seem to find the drivers for pc inpute devices. I think it is probably Dell movie studio but it installed from the cd and still the yellow question marks. Can someone help? I also just noticed that I have a yellow ! mark saying PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge. I have know idea what this means.
