Does anyone know how to wipe my computer clean and start all over?

Out of all this what do I do first. I cant even get into "safe mode" only command prompt:

Yes, you want to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows. You need to gather your discs, especially the Windows Reinstallation disc and the drivers disc.

To find the reinstall guide, downloads and other information for your system, hover your mouse cursor over the Product Support button (upper left of this page), and select Reinstall Guide (or Downloads or whatever). Then enter your service tag number and operating system, and you'll find all the information you need.

You cannot format the hard drive with the operating system on once Windows has loaded, you would need to format in DOS.

LDearden Thanks. But do you know what to put in the file extention? I read some more forms to boot from the CD? D:boot.exe   ??? Thanks.

The order is as follows:

1. Setup the Computer to Boot from the CD-ROM
2. Boot the Computer to the Windows Startup Menu
3. Begin the Windows Millennium (Me) Setup Process
4. Copy Files and Set Up Hardware
5. Input User Information and Update System Settings
6. Go into Windows for the First Time

Then you will install, in this order, the chipset drivers, the Intel UATA controller driver, the video driver, the video driver, and the rest of the drivers.

You could use FDISK to format a hard drive, here's a guide on how to use it:
