Downgrade from vista business

Hi, I have a Dell D430 which is running windows vista business is it possible i could downgrade it to windows xp professional, but the problem is that each time if i want to re-install the copy of xp i dont want to enter the activation key all the time, Is it possible if it dosent ask me again for it. Thanks
