E-1505 and NCQ?

Just wondering if the E1505, since it has S-ATA, does it support Native command queuing? I've noticed the drives are out, and the 60 gig on my 1505 is just about filled. Also, does anyone have a computer with NCQ enabled? Is it just hype or does it help. One other thing, would it be a wash to have a 5400rpm drive with NCQ, versus a 7200 rpm drive without NCQ.

Did some more checking, according to the Intel website, the i945PM chipset uses the intel 82801GBM (ICH7-M/U) LPC interface controller, which, according to the intel whitepaper, "should" support NCQ. Has anyone tried to use a NCQ drive to see if it really does, or is it just smoke and mirrors?
