Failed to install ISKernel Files.Make sure you have appropriate privileges on this machine.?

I keep getting the following message everything i try it install the America's Army game--> Failed to install ISKernel Files.
Make sure you have appropriate privileges on this machine.

Can anyone help? please

I know nothing about this game, but, try to install from safe mode.  Get there by clicking F8 key during startup until the safe mode page opens.  Se,lect safe mode and administrator.  Now install your program.  If you now have a partial install, remove it before trying to do a safe mode install.
