Going directly to Windows 7 on a new HD from Dell

So I recently purchased an E4300 from Dell with Vista Business and it came with a defective HD so I had to call them right away and ask them for a new HD.  The new HD is here and I've already installed it.  It looks like the drive they sent me has nothing installed on it.  Now, initially my plan was to upgrade from Vista to Windows 7.   Is there any way I can ask Dell to send me a Win 7 installation disk so I don't have to go through installing Vista and upgrading to Win 7?

Only if you purchased the system within the time frame for a free Windows 7 upgrade.  Otherwise, you'll need to purchase a copy of 7.

Yeah, I did purchase the laptop within that time frame.  Maybe I wasn't being clear.  I was already sent a Windows 7 upgrade disk.  I want a Window 7 clean installation disk.  I don't want to have to install vista on the new hd they sent me just so I can go ahead and upgrade to Window 7.
