[HELP] DELL N4030 ATI Radeon Won't Installed On Windows Xp..

Hy.. anyone Please Help me.
i've Laptop DELL Inspiron N4030.
i just installed it with windows Xp..
something what i need is VGA Ati Radeon HD 5300v.
but How i hard to try it won't be installed. Looks at this Pict.
T:emotion-9:he catalyst software has been shown on my right clik.
but my VGA movement still Verry Laggy & on Dxdiag not shown VGA.
Please, needed help.. it's work on Vista & Win7. but i've decided windows Xp.
