How can I get win7 OS CD? dell service not good.

Question

Our company bought a dell computer one year later, It always freeze recently, I want to reinstall win7 in it, but I can't find the win7 cd. I cantact service, a lady told me I have to buy extension warrenty and I can get win7 Cd for free. I have paid the money for extend warrenty, but I can't get cd now, I call service nobody will send it to me, only transfer my call from one department to another department, I am crazy now.

Assuming from the post that you are not in the U.S., you can download the ISO and activate by phone:

I would download the .iso you need, you can use the link provided above or use the ones in my wiki Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Downloads. I give an additional step in creating a bootable USB or DVD.
